- Mawa Kachouri
Kachouris are one of the most addictive snacks and this sweet dessert is incredible in terms of flavor and texture. Mawa Kachouri is deep fried, Khoya stuffed which is served hot after rolled in a thick chasni or sugar syrup.
- Besan ki Chakki
This sweet is also called Mohanthal usually made at weddings and on special occasions. It is traditionally made with chopped ground besan, so that the barfi has a nice chewy texture.
